A. Statement of Problem and Target Audience (1 paragraph)
Today I will talk about the Global Positioning System also know as GPS. It is important that we know how the Global Positioning System work because it has become a vital part of our lives. The Global Positioning System has made innovations like google maps, map-quest and navigation systems possible.
B. Detailed Description of the Target Audience (1 paragraph)
Having knowledge of Global Positioning System is important to anyone who travels constantly or anyone who owns a navigation systems or a smart-phone with Global Positioning System features.
C. Proposed Visual Project with Application and Purpose/Usefulness for Target Audience (1 paragraph)
The best way to show the system works to show the diagrams of the different parts that compose it. First, the diagram of the type of satellite that makes up the Global Position System Network. Second, a diagram of the full Global Positioning System satellite network, that show how many satellites are used and the orbits of the satellites. This diagram can help explain how the network is divided into different sectors the role that the orbits of the satellites play to make the network efficient.
D. Plan of Activities--This should include how the visual will be distributed, used, encountered, marketed, etc. (1 paragraph)
The diagrams can either be presented using full poster boards or a power point presentation. The power point presentation will be the most likeable choice to be used in this presentation. It does not take long to come up with a power point presentation and the diagrams can expanded to whatever necessary size to show any important details.
E. Evaluation (how will you assess the impact of your project if you were to implement it--1 short paragraph)
To show how the Global Positioning System satellite network works with diagrams will ensure the audience gets a clear picture in their minds. Most people do know not how map-quest or google maps get aerial pictures and detail maps of the places where they want to travel. The diagrams will make the complex Global Positioning System network more understandable and simple. People will be able to understand what happens at the other end of a navigation system. Overall the audience will appreciate the technology that makes up the Global positioning System.
